What to include

If you are reporting a bug, include the email or username on your account, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the approximate time the issue occurred.

Account deletion

To request account deletion, email joinrenas@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Renas account and include your username. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to joinrenas@gmail.com. You can also review the Renas Privacy Policy.

Renas is currently being prepared for a limited friend TestFlight MVP. Support response times may vary during early testing.
